 Yes, hypnosis is completely safe. It's a natural state of mind that most people experience at some point in their lives without even realizing it, such as when you're deeply focused on something or "zoned out" while driving. Hypnosis is simply a tool to help you access your subconscious mind to make positive changes. You will never do anything against your will during hypnosis.


 No, you will always be in control. You cannot be made to do anything you don't want to do. Hypnosis is not mind control. It's a process of relaxing and focusing your mind, and you remain aware and in control throughout the session. In fact, you can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time if you choose to. You can even talk during this process as well.



  

 During your session, I will guide you into a deeply relaxed state where your mind is open to positive suggestions. You will remain aware and in control, simply relaxing as we work together to make the changes you desire. After the session, I will provide you with a personalized recording to help reinforce the changes we’ve made and support your progress.


  

 No, hypnosis is simply a tool for personal growth. It’s not tied to any religion or belief system.
At HypnoVibes with Aminah, sessions are grounded in respect, consent, and alignment with your values. You remain fully in control the entire time. My goal is to support your journey—not change your beliefs—while helping you reconnect with your inner peace, power, and clarity. 


  While hypnosis can be an incredibly effective tool for personal development and behavior change, it is not a replacement for therapy. Hypnosis can be used alongside therapy as a complementary tool to address specific issues like anxiety, stress, and self-sabotaging behaviors. If needed, I can recommend professional therapists for deeper emotional or psychological work.



 Yes, it is highly recommended that you refrain from using drugs (including marijuana), or indulging in alcohol before or during your hypnosis sessions. These substances can interfere with your ability to fully enter a relaxed and receptive state, which is essential for hypnosis to be effective. By avoiding these substances, you ensure that your mind and body are in the best possible state to receive change.


  At this time, I’m offering sessions online only, all through Zoom. The great part is—you don’t have to be in L.A. to work with me. Whether you're local or across the country, you can still experience the full benefits of hypnosis from the comfort of your own space. A lot of my clients actually love how easy and cozy it feels to do sessions from home.
